Molly’s Journey…
Today marks 1 year.
One year of a fresh start—of consistent training, eating better, becoming stronger and more confident, and refinding my self-worth. One year of excitement and frustration. Of discipline over motivation. Of failing at new exercises and showing up anyway until I get it (still working on that deadlift form 365 days later ). One year of consistent and intentional movement, meal prepping and proper planning, and trying new dinner recipes—while still consistently burning things in the kitchen.
Today is one year, but it’s just the beginning. The beginning of becoming my best self through long-term, healthy, sustainable growth in all areas of life.
Some days are easier than others. Some days I see the changes—in the mirror and in my training. Other days, I still feel like the same person I was 365 days ago. Some days I love trying on new clothes; other days, it feels like nothing fits. Some days I notice the small muscle changes and growth; other days, I still struggle deeply with body dysmorphia. Some days I feel satisfied, and some days I don’t.
But this is life. Growth isn’t linear, confidence isn’t constant, and progress doesn’t always look the same. Knowing that, I choose to keep going anyway.
2025 was my year for health. Fingers crossed that 2026 is my year for fulfilling relationships, love, and deeper self-worth.
None of this would have been possible without the incredible guidance and coaching from Megan—who has spent countless hours dealing with my tantrums, mood swings, and endless form videos (often followed by directions I still can’t seem to follow… which at least keeps things entertaining).
Through this process, I’ve lost 78lbs of fat while preserving all of the muscle I had—one of her main goals from day one. I’ve also passed all of my blood work—the very reason I started this journey in the first place—and officially said goodbye to diabetes and all of my medications. She quite literally flipped my world upside down.
Through all of this, Megan has walked me through a calorie deficit where I still ate a lot, felt satisfied, and my training never suffered. She guided me through at least five vacations where I didn’t track and fully enjoyed life. And now, she’s walking me through what I consider the hardest stage of all—maintaining to let my body breathe for a little.
If you’re thinking about making a change—even if you don’t feel ready—I encourage you to reach out. It may be one of the hardest decisions you’ll ever make, but it will also be one of the best.
From Jen…
8 months into Megan + Liz’s program and I’m gonna say it… I’m the strongest I’ve ever been at 47.
My goal was never “lose weight.” My goal was Barbie strong. Like… curves, long & lean, built but NOT bulky.
And I used to be so scared of lifting heavy because I thought I’d get huge. Yeah… not happening.
What is happening:
I can sling my 40+ lb grandson around like it’s nothing
I can grab cases of water like a whole man
I’m not hurting myself doing normal life stuff anymore
I have energy again
AND… y’all… I HAVE ABS
I honestly thought a body like this wasn’t possible as I get closer to 50.
But I’m learning muscle = longevity, strength = freedom, and feeling good is the real flex.
Megan pushes me HARD. Like… I sweat and talk trash the entire workout
But then I’m so proud when I’m done because she believes in me more than I believe in myself sometimes.
And the macros? They’re built for ME and my goals.
No weird stuff. No fake fueling. Just real food + accountability. Even when I binge M&M’s she’s like “it happens… log them.”
And when I got lazy over the holidays and my results slipped? I tightened it back up and the results came right back FAST.
This program is hard… but now on rest days I MISS it. I’m literally obsessed because I feel AMAZING.
Plus, we have an accountability group now and it’s not “jelly girl” energy… it’s girls-girl energy. Like cheering, hyping, supporting, pushing.
And the best part? Everything is personalized and, in the app. Home workouts OR gym. Your program. Your macros. Your progress.
If you’re willing to put in the work, I promise Megan + Liz will match your effort (and then some) — and you’ll be shocked at what you’re capable of.
I’m proof.
Jacob’s Testimony
I’ve always WANTED to look good & feel good . Unfortunately, the things I turned to to “feel good” weren’t very accommodating to the “look good” aspect. ( beer belly & man tits from drinking and eating whatever I wanted ) And when I really strived to look good , I always ended up with zero energy , or muscle loss , or both . ( due to my belief that carbs are bad ) neither complimented the other. I , like most humans, needed balance. . . And a little perspective change being open to letting someone teach me something.
And that’s what this is. The process of achieving the perfect balance of Science and math combined with accumulated knowledge, self discipline & consistency . Mix in a little accountability and there ya have it . Macro manage me . Yes please.
I’ve never met a more driven person than my wife, Megan in my entire life. And a main driving force behind her for the past year has been helping others achieve their goals, broaden their knowledge and understanding of health & wellness , and watch them succeed at life by using processes that she knows work because she lives by them. @meganreisinger310 @lizpugh01

“Megan is an exceptional personal trainer/coach who combines a strict, results-driven program with genuine care and support. She pushes you to be your best while keeping you accountable, and her challenging workouts leave you feeling worn out, yet incredibly accomplished and strong.
In just three months, I saw real results:
Weight: 12 pounds lost
Measurements: 15 inches lost
Fitness: Stronger, more resilient, and confident in my ability to stay on track as I age
Macro counting was my biggest hurdle, and I initially disliked tracking my food. Megan met me where I was and helped me progress by staying consistent with accountability and supportive reminders to log meals. Her approach made tracking more manageable and sustainable.
What stood out most:
Unwavering motivation and practical support
A strong foundation that empowered me to continue macros and workouts on my own
A genuinely caring, invested trainer who gives her all for her clients
I highly recommend Megan to anyone looking to kickstart a healthier lifestyle with a program that builds strength, resilience, and lasting habits. If you’re ready to commit, Megan will guide you every step of the way.
