How we came together

As a beginner in tracking nutrients and a long-time health coach, we both were frustrated with feeling like eating healthy meant eating bland, tasteless dishes that never left us satisfied, or they were overly complicated with large ingredient lists. Then, add in tracking macros and calories and eating healthy felt like a chore.

And so, Macro Manage Me was born. A place where you can find delicious, flavorful simple meal recipes that already have the macronutrients and calorie tracking done for you.

Our recipes balance flavor and ingredients while keeping track of your macros (proteins, fats, and carbs) and calorie intake. Serving the right amounts of lean proteins with complex carbs and healthy fats help you hit your micronutrients as well by loading up on all those colorful veggies for added nutrients and fiber. And using healthy fats not only help to balance your hormones it also elevates taste leaving you satisfied. There are countless ways to make meals delicious, nutritious, and macro-friendly. Let us share our ways with you!

The Who and Why

We are two friends that met when we started teaching kindergarten together 10 years ago. We both have a love of health and eating! We are at different stages in our lives and have different reasons for valuing our health.

Liz

Hi, I’m Liz! My 3 children are grown, and I want to focus on eating healthy to ensure I’m around for the next chapter of my life. I want to travel, chase grandchildren, and maintain my independence as I become older. As I enter my middle age years, weight gain is happening much faster than weight loss. I struggle with building and maintaining muscle. My muscle loss is real! For the first time, I need to track my macronutrients and calories to help support and maintain a health. I need to focus on weights to restrengthen my body. I quickly learned that following the right plan is key! I also learned that I didn’t have to sacrifice delicious foods to reach my goals. If this sounds all too familiar, I can help! Join me in proving age is just a number!!

Megan

Hi! I’m Megan and a mom to 3 girls who are 3, 6, and 8 years old. After having children I really wanted to feel like myself again and challenge myself in a new way. I made the decision to begin a journey in natural bodybuilding to compete. However, I LOVE food and couldn’t stand the thought of prepping with the “ body builder” diet. I also wanted to show my girls that it is possible to enjoy challenging journeys. Once I mastered how to calculate my own macros for body recompositioning I just had to share these Ahhhmazing recipes with my friends. I want to teach you how to build the body of your dreams WITH flavor and WITHOUT feeling hungry!
